Shipping Policies & Estimated Times of Delivery
Orders may take up to 7 business days to process and deliver.
All orders within the United States ship VIA United States Postal Service (USPS). You will receive an e-mail notifying you when your package has been processed to ship. From there it should take 3-4 days to receive. If you do not receive your package within 7 business days, please contact our office and we will be happy to correct any shipping issues. Weekends and holidays do not count as business days.
Any orders placed Monday through Thursday after 8 a.m. PST will not be process until the next day. Any orders processed on Friday after 8 a.m. PST will not be processed until the following Monday.
It takes approximately 1-2 business days to process your order.
Please Note: During the high volume Christmas season it may take up to 3 - 4 business days to process your order. For autographed or personalized items, please place your order by December 2nd to ensure delivery by December 23rd.
We are only able to accept international orders for Canada. Orders may take up to 14 business days to process and deliver.
All orders shipping to Canada will be shipped USPS. Additional fees for shipping international will be applied at the time of your order.
We are able to accept phone orders with a credit card. A phone order does not expedite the processing of an order. All estimated delivery times are the same as if ordered through our on-line shopping cart.
Requests for rush delivery need to be communicated either to email@example.com or (888) 811-8467. While we cannot guarantee rush delivery, we will do our best to help you receive your order as quickly as possible. Additional shipping costs can be added with the assistance of our Customer Service staff.
Delays In Delivery
Although we make every effort to expedite the processing and shipping of every order, circumstances can arise that are beyond our control i.e. extreme weather conditions, loss or misrouted packages due to USPS, addresses not recognized by USPS, incorrect address entry and credit card authorization problems. In these rare situations, the delivery time can be somewhat delayed and shipping times are not guaranteed. Multiple Address Shipping
As a security precaution, we only allow an order to be shipped to one address. If you would like to send to multiple addresses you can re-order and ship to a different address each time you place the order. You may also call on our Customer Service to manually enter your order for you. Call (888) 811-8467. If you are trying to reach this department after office hours, you can leave a voice mail when prompted or email us at email@example.com and our Customer Service representative will call you back the next day.
